*723Appeals (1) from a judgment of the County Court of Tioga County (Sgueglia, J.), rendered November 1, 1993, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of burglary in the third degree, (2) from an order of said court (Callanan, Sr., J.), entered April 25, 1994, which directed restitution, and (3) by permission, from an order of said court (Sgueglia, J.), entered August 26,1994, which denied defendant’s motion pursuant to CPL 440.10 to vacate the judgment of conviction, without a hearing.
