Appellee brought suit against the appellant to perpetually enjoin it from the use of certain milk bottles in the distribution and sale of its dairy products, which bottles were specially manufactured and leased by appellee to dairymen, for use in the conduct of their business. The issues consisted of a complaint in one paragraph, an affirmative paragraph of answer on behalf of appellant, to which the appellee filed two affirmative paragraphs of reply.
