Application to the Circuit Court of Holt County for writ of mandamus to compel defendants Nodaway Drainage District Number One and its board of directors to build a bridge where its drainage ditch crosses what is known as the “Duncan Mill Road.”

The amended petition upon which the case was tried names only Nodaway Drainage District Number One, J. W. Patterson, Wm. M. Morris, W. N. Hodgin, R. B.
