The chairman and other officers of the City Fusion party and other interested persons seek by this proceeding to prevent *265the use of the name and emblem of the party in the coming election by local district candidates, whose use thereof the executive committee does not approve. These candidates in general do not profess to have been organizers or staunch supporters of the party in any material way.
