Appellee as plaintiff brought suit separately against three fire insurance companies, which had issued their respective policies to him covering the same property. The fire out of which these suits arose occurred on June 17, 1944. Each of the policies is a Texas Standard Fire Insurance policy. The appellee was represented in each suit by the same counsel, and so of appellants. The petition in each case were the same, and so of the answers.
