Appeal from an order of the County Court of Columbia County (Nichols, J), entered May 31, 2012; which classified defendant as a risk level three sex offender pursuant to the Sex Offender Registration Act.

Following defendant’s plea of guilty to rape in the third degree and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, he was sentenced to concurrent terms of IV2 years in prison with five years of postrelease supervision on the rape conviction and one year in jail on each of the convictions of endangering the welfare of a child (People v Shackelton, 107 AD3d 1156 [2013]).
