MONTGOMERY, Presiding Judge.

Defendants, Gregory F. Allison and Holly Allison, appeal from the trial court’s grant of a summary judgment in favor of Plaintiff, AgriBank FCB. The appeal must be dismissed because the judgment is impermissi-*230bly indefinite and therefore void and unenforceable.

Plaintiffs motion for summary judgment alleged that it had filed a petition in unlawful detainer against Defendants; that Defendants’ answer admitted that they live in a house on the property in question but that Cross Timbers Ranch, Inc.
