This ease comes before the court on an appeal from an order of the bankruptcy court dismissing the appellants’ involuntary bankruptcy petition and denying the appellants’ motions for entry of an order for relief and to strike the appellee’s answer to the involuntary petition. For the reasons explained below, the decision of the bankruptcy court to dismiss the appellants’ involuntary bankruptcy petition is reversed.
