On April 20, 2018, a jury convicted Defendant Donald Martin of attempting to entice a person under the age of eighteen years to engage in sexual activity, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2422(b). (Docket No. 83; see also D.N. 1) The jury also convicted Martin of traveling from Indiana to Kentucky for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity with a fifteen-year-old person, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2423(b).
