Plaintiffs are a copartnership engaged in business under the name of the Berkshire Lumber Company. The -firm, as one of several lien claimants, brought this action under sections 8235a to 8235g, Laws 1911, p. 314, to establish a materialman’s lien against real estate owned by defendant, Irma' H. Holcker, wife of the defendant Otto Holcker.
