MEMORANDUM OPINION

DENNIS R. DOW, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on the Trustee’s motion to compel turnover of property of the estate. The Trustee requests that the Court order debtor Kimberly Taylor (“Debtor”) to turnover the nonexempt portion of funds in her bank account as of the date of the filing of Debtor’s bankruptcy petition, such amount including funds for which Debtor had is sued checks prepetition but which had not yet been honored by Debtor’s bank on the filing date. Debtor argues that the amount of the checks written prepetition, but that had not yet cleared…
