MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff Gregory A. Milton, a sentenced inmate, filed a pro se complaint against the United States Department of Justice (“Department”) under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552. The Department moved to dismiss or, in the alternative, for summary judgment. A May 6, 2011 memorandum opinion found that the Department had properly invoked the privacy exemption to FOIA disclosure, but had not demonstrated that the requested material contained no segregable information.
