The mother of Haskell and Perry Fitzgerald, as their guardian, undertook to sell their interest in a certain 43-acre (more or less) tract of land. Within less than two years after Perry Fitzgerald, the younger of said wards, became 21 years of age, an action in the nature of a bill of review was by them filed in the County Court where the guardianship was pending.
