A jury in the circuit court of Montgomery County found the defendant, Kevin Kahl, guilty of unlawful use of weapons, possession of a firearm without a valid firearm owner’s identification card and illegal methods (uncased gun). Defendant was sentenced to the Adult Division of the Department of Corrections for a term of three months.
