This is an appeal from an order entered against the husband appellant for the support of his wife and two minor sons. The only question involved is the amount of the order.

On December 5, 1947, the court by stipulation entered an order against the defendant in the amount of $35.00 a week. On March 29, 1948, the wife petitioned for an increase in the amount of the order on the ground that when the stipulated order was entered she “was misinformed as to the salary and the financial standing of her husband”.
