A law firm appeals an order that adversely determined the priority of its charging hen against an indemnification agreement in a final judgment of dissolution. The law firm argues the court erred in placing its charging lien behind the former husband’s right to indemnification for attorney’s fees against the former wife, pursuant to an agreement.1 We disagree and affirm.
