Parkdale America, LLC (“Parkdale”) appeals from the Final Decision on Remand of the North Carolina Property Tax Commission (“the Commission”) upholding Davidson County’s (the “County”) 2007 ad valorem property tax valuation of two textile mills located in *714Lexington and Thomasville. Parkdale alleges, inter alia, that the Commission erred in re-affirming the County’s valuation because the Commission did not follow this Court’s instructions in In re Parkdale Am.,_ N.C.
