Appeal from the Duluque District Court. In Equity. The separate creditors of Orlando Curtis levied on personal property of the firm of Hubbard & Curtis, of which he was a member. The record, as contained in the transcript, is imperfect, in not stating some of the steps in the progress of the cause. Thus, there is no record of the first appointment of the receiver; and several proceedings are referred to, in the final decree, of which there is no mention in the progress of the cause. But it is probable that these, or some of them, were omitted as having no important bearing on the result. The bill was filed in December, 1857, at which time the injunction was allowed.
