JAMES G. MIXON, Bankruptcy Judge.

On September 6, 1983 a state court appointed receiver for Answerfone, Inc. filed a voluntary petition for relief under the provisions of Chapter 11. Subsequently, the debtor-in-possession filed an objection to an $811,188.51 claim of Joe L. Limerick, III (Joe Limerick), and a hearing was held on January 9 and 10, 1984, before The Honorable Charles W. Baker.
