RUSSELL, J., for the Court:

¶ 1. Bruen Craig appeals the order of the Yazoo County Circuit Court affirming the decision of the mayor and Board of Aldermen (“Board”) of the City of Yazoo County, Mississippi, denying his request for a variance of the City’s ten-foot setback zoning requirement and ordering him to remove a storage building located on the subject property. Craig claims the circuit court’s order affirming the Board’s decision was unreasonable, arbitrary, and not supported by substantial evidence.
