PHELPS, Justice.

On a motion for rehearing filed by the Industrial Commission it pointed out the fact that in our original decision in this case we restricted the power of the commission to alter, amend or rescind its findings and awards to cases where it was shown that a change in the physical condition of the injured workman had taken place subsequent to such findings and award and urged that it should be broadened to includfe a change in the earning capacity of such workman. We agreed with the position taken by the commission and granted the motion.
