Before this Court is an appeal by Edward C. Negron (Claimant) from a decision and order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) affirming a referee’s denial of benefits to Claimant on the grounds that Claimant engaged in disqualifying willful misconduct under Section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law1 (Law).
