Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Cawley Jr., J.), rendered April 17, 2014, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of robbery in the third degree and endangering the welfare of a child.

In May 2011, defendant was indicted on charges of burglary in the first degree, robbery in the third degree, assault in the third degree, endangering the welfare of a child, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and harassment in the second degree.
