OPINION

CHAPEL, Presiding Judge:

¶ 1 Faramarz Mehdipour was tried by jury and convicted in the District Court of OHahoma County, Case No. CF-91-3221, of Attempting to Intimidate a State’s Witness in violation of 21 O.S.1991, § 455. In accordance with the jury’s recommendation the Honorable James L. Gullet sentenced Meh-dipour to sixty (60) years imprisonment. Mehdipour appeals from this conviction and sentence and raises eight propositions of error. Finding no error warranting modification or reversal, we affirm.
