The Orchards Corporation (Licensee) appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of the 39th Judicial District (Franklin County Branch) (trial court) dismissing Licensee’s appeal of the order of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (Board), imposing a fine and sixteen day license suspension upon Licensee for Liquor *1234Code1 violations. We affirm.
