OPINION

{¶ 1} On May 25, 2006, Appellant, Frank Susany, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in Canfield, Ohio. During the booking process, Appellant repeatedly offered the arresting officer money in exchange for a "break." As a result, Appellant was also charged with bribery in violation of R.C. 2921.02(A), a third degree felony. (June 6, 2006, Complaint.) This appeal involves Appellant's attempt to withdraw his guilty plea and involves an alleged sentencing error.
