Central Rents, Inc. d/b/a Rentronies (“Rentronies”) objects to the confirmation of the Debtor’s Chapter 13 plan, and moves to require the Debtor to assume or reject a Rentronies Lease-Purchase Agreement and for relief from the automatic stay, asserting a lack of adequate protection of its interest in the property. The Debtor in turn objects to Rentronies’ Proof of Claim which asserts damages for the Debtor’s alleged breach of its lease with Rentronies.
