In an action to recover damages for medical malpractice and wrongful death, the plaintiff appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Jacobson, J.), dated June 3, 2013, as granted that branch of the motion of the defendants Peter Rouvelas, Bay Ridge Physician’s Diagnostic Services, PC., and Sudhakar Prabhu which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against Sudhakar Prabhu.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
