Cafaro Construction Company and its insurer, Continental Insurance Company (collectively referred to as employer), appeal a decision of the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission awarding James L. Strother (claimant) permanent and total disability benefits for loss of use of a scheduled member pursuant to Code § 65.2-503 (formerly § 65.1-56).
