Plaintiffs seek rehearing from our holding that their lawsuit is time-barred under the Texas statute of limitations. See Sioux Ltd., Sec. Litig. v. Coopers & Lybrand, 901 F.2d 51 (5th Cir.1990). While the case was on appeal, the Texas Supreme Court ruled that the 1979 legislative revisions to the Texas limitations statute lengthened the limitations period for common law fraud claims from two years to four years.
