— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Naro, J.), rendered July 5, 1979, convicting him of sexual abuse in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of defendant’s omnibus motion as sought suppression of certain statements made by him to the police. Judgment affirmed.
