This chapter 7 case is before the court on the Trustee’s objections to the Debtors’ exemptions claimed in proceeds from the *829settlement of the Debtor Joshua Reeves’ pre-petition automobile accident. The primary issue in dispute is whether the settlement proceeds paid under the Debtors’ uninsured motorist coverage1 can be exempted by them under TenmCode Ann. § 26-2-110, which provides an exemption for benefits paid under contracts of accident, health, or disability insurance insuring the assured against loss by reason of…
