MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER
RANDOLPH BAXTER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the Court upon the United States Trustee’s (“U.S.Trustee”) motion to dismiss the Chapter 7 case of Lerona R. Baker (the “Debtor”), pursuant to §§ 707(b)(1) and 707(b)(3) of the Bankruptcy Code. 11 U.S.C. §§ 707(b)(1) and 707(b)(3). The motion is opposed by the Debtor. Core matter jurisdiction is acquired under 28 U.S.C. § 188k. and General Order No. 84 of this District.
