Reversing.

Clayton Clemmons and appellants, George and Burnie Barnett, were indicted for murder by the grand jury of Magoffin -county. Appellants, the two Barnetts, father and son, have been tried and found guilty of voluntary manslaughter and sentenced to confinement in the penitentiary for seven years. This is-an appeal from the judgment so convicting them.
