The appellants challenge the trial court’s denial of their petition to confirm arbitration award and to award prevailing party-attorneys’ fees.1 The trial court denied the petition after finding the appellants waived their right to have the court determine the fees issue. Because the parties did not stipulate to the arbitration panel deciding the issue of attorneys’ fees, and there was no competent, substantial evidence supporting the trial court’s determination that the appellants expressly waived their right to have the trial court decide the issue, we reverse and remand for further…
