Defendants, Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center Shreveport (“LSUHSC”) and Dr. Anthony Tran (“Dr. Tran”) (collectively “appellants”), appeal from a judgment ordering them to repay $96,137.58 to plaintiff, Holden Business Forms Company, Inc.
