AMENDED OPINION
MORRISON, Judge.
Our prior opinion is withdrawn, and the following is substituted in lieu thereof.
The offense is possession of heroin; the punishment, ten years.
Trial was had before the court without the intervention of a jury.
At a pre-trial hearing on appellant’s motion to suppress, U. S. Customs Agent *717Kline testified that at 2:00 p. m. on the day in question he received information by telephone from Customs Port Investigator Villareal that a delivery of heroin was to be made at a certain place in Alice, Texas, at 4:00 p. m., to two men in a certain colored pickup truck.…
