The action was brought for the partition of a tract of eleven hundred acres of wild lands in the county of Hamilton. The complaint alleged that the plaintiffs were seized of two undivided thirds of the lands in question, the defendant The International Paper Company of the other third, and that the defendant William McEchron, the respondent on this appeal, claimed some interest therein.
