This was an action of replevin brought by appellant, the contest in which was as to the right to the possession of and title to certain agricultural implements claimed by each of the parties hereto, under different warehouse receipts to them respectively issued.

On April 11, 1896, the Sycamore Foundry & Machine Company, a corporation doing business at Sycamore, DeKalb County, Illinois, obtained from plaintiff an order for the manufacture of various agricultural implements.
