Defendant was charged with four counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520b; MSA 28.788(2), for his alleged sexual contact with two boys under the age of thir teen. He pled nolo contendere to one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520c; MSA 28.788(3), in exchange for the dismissal of the first-degree criminal sexual conduct charges. He was sentenced to from four to fifteen years in prison. Defendant appeals from his sentence as of right. We affirm.
