MORGAN, Senior Circuit Judge:
This is a suit to recover damages for alleged securities fraud arising under Sections 10(b) and 20 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as well as common law and the Georgia Securities Act of 1973. Appellant Ronald 0. Pelletier d/b/a ROB Investments, is a customer of appellee, Stuart-James Company, Inc. (“Stuart-James”). Stuart-James is a registered broker-dealer with the Securities and Exchange Commission and has an office in Atlanta, Georgia.
