Plaintiffs represent a Class consisting of certain retirees and surviving spouses of retirees of the J.I. Case Company or the Case Corporation, and they seek fully funded, lifetime retiree health care benefits from Defendants. 1 In an opinion and order issued on March 7, 2008, this Court held that the governing collective bargaining agreements grant Plaintiffs health insurance benefits for their lifetimes and require Defendants to pay the full-contribution costs for those benefits.…
