Commonwealth v. Danforth

This case involves a one-car accident in which the passenger was killed. Following the accident, the appellant, who was driving, went to a nearby residence where she called the police. The police responded to the call and on the way to the residence, encountered a car with the driver side unoccupied and the passenger dead. The car had gone off the road and struck a tree stump and a utility pole which was lying on the side of the road.
