MEMORANDUM DECISION

MARGARET DEE McGARITY, Chief Judge.

This is a fraudulent transfer action brought by the chapter 7 trustee against various parties to a complicated sale transaction involving most, but not all, of the debtor’s assets before the bankruptcy case was filed. The court dealt with a portion of the transaction on a motion for summary judgment brought by defendant Wells Fargo Bank Wisconsin, NA, (see Memorandum Decision and Order dated October 12, 2005) and deferred the remaining issues for trial.
