In this appeal from the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission (Commission), appellants, Holland Group Incorporated and Royal 8c Sunalliance Insurance Company, argue that the Commission’s decision to award appellee Brenda Hughes benefits was not supported by substantial evidence because her ulnar-neuropathy injury was not the major cause of her disability or need for treatment nor was it caused by rapid repetitive motion.
