Upon the hearing in this court, the learned counsel for the appellants contend that the complaints are bad (1) because it is insisted the municipal court has no power to take a recognizance in a criminal case, except from one term to another, and that a recognizance to appear from term to term is void; (2) the complaint is insufficient because it does not appear from the complaint that the criminal action was continued from the January term to the February term of said court, nor what disposition was made of the case at the January term; (3) that *238the action should have been brought in the…
