From Hillsboro Superior Court of Law. In the second count the plaintiff declared on another deed of bargain and sale made between the same parties, in which the defendants, after acknowledging the receipt of $183, the consideration therein mentioned, proceeded thus: "have granted, bargained and sold, and by these presents do give, grant, bargain and sell, alien, enfeoff, release and confirm unto (344) the said Anthony Rickets, his heirs and assigns forever, a certain tract or parcel of land, beginning, etc., containing 183 acres, be the same more or less, etc., to have and to hold, etc.; and…
