SPATT, District Judge:

By order to show cause dated May 20, 2009, the defendant, Roger Corbin (“Cor-bin”) petitions the Court, among other things, to preclude certain media outlets from publishing photographs of his arrest and subsequent transport in handcuffs and to prohibit the United States Government (the “Government”) from staging “perp walks” of criminal defendants.
