This case was tried to the court on plaintiffs complaint, alleging, inter alia, violations of the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, R.C. Chapter 1345. Plaintiff also alleges that the defendants have engaged in a “pattern of corrupt activity,” in violation of the Ohio “RICO” Act, R.C. 2923.31 et seq.
