Viking Enterprise, Inc., (Viking) and the County of Chesterfield (the County) entered into a contract covered by the Virginia Public Procurement Act, Code §§ 2.2-4300 through -4377 (the Procurement Act). 1 Viking filed an appeal within the six-month period required by Code § 2.2-4363(E) from the County's disallowance of a monetary claim arising out of the contract.
